We are a fast growing distribution company distributing FMCG (cleaning accessories) in Asia. We wish to invite to join our Indonesian team a highly motivated and dedicate professional to apply for the position of:

Area Sales Supervisor - Kalimantan, Sumatera & Sulawesi
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop and implement strategies on distributors sales of FMCG products and services in assigned territories with segmentation and focus on distribution
  • Develop existing accounts to maximize market penetration and create new business opportunities with assigned territories and work across functions
  • Gain information and market research about competitor’s products, services and market trends; providing competitive product, commercial and market feedback to the company
  • Increase market share through implementation of the strategies in the region to achieve sales and establish a sustainable future business platform
  • Achieve target sales revenues, profit margins and/or expense objectives in overall area and maintain a lean sustainable future
  • Submit accurate weekly, monthly report, sales forecast, and project follow-up list
  • Working closely together with all distributors to ensure they find maximum cooperation in providing all necessary support to distribute company’s products
  • To find new areas or opportunities for existing products or possible new products (market development)
  • Propose the sales target area, by distributor’s branches, by product, by channel or by territory
  • Track distributor’s performance on a monthly basis, and update project preference list. Travelling throughout the region is required.

JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for achieving the sales volume regarding the target per area by optimizing utilization and efficient use of all resources and clients.

Requirements:

  • Having broad sales and marketing network with Modern Market of FMCG products in multi-national companies
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail (modern market)
  • Ability to build up and develop a network of contacts and to work with these groups to facilitate business growth
  • Good negotiation skills with the ability to deal with complex organization structures and situations
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Good leadership and decision making
  • Computer literate
  • Preferable live Pontianak, Balikpapan, Medan dan Makassar (local based)
